Colorful Flowers

Welcome to Blacktown Uniting Church.

We are a community of all ages and multiple cultural backgrounds. Some of us have lived in Blacktown most of our lives and others are very new but everyone is welcome.

We want to share the love and grace of God which we
experience in Jesus Christ with our neighbours and make a difference in this dynamic and growing city.

It is easy to find us: We are the church on the hill beside Blacktown Hospital at 59 Bungarribee Road. There is plenty of parking.

As you continue to view this website, we hope you find something that connects with you. Most importantly we would love to meet you and to be of service.

COVID Update

Thank you for looking up Blacktown Uniting Church.

With Greater Sydney  in lockdown this is a difficult and disappointing time for all of us.  Our prayers are with those for whom this is a lonely or anxious time or whose plans have been dashed. We also pray for those who are working long hours on the frontline to help us to get through this pandemic.

We are not able to gather for worship or other activities until this out break is contained  and government restrictions are lifted.

We are still here.  Video worship can be accessed through this website or Facebook. Our office is closed but if you have an enquiry or need to chat, we can be accessed via MOB. 0423152411.

In the midst of all this, God is with us. The love we experience in Jesus Christ never lets us go and gives us hope each new day.

God bless you,

(Reverend) Laurel Barr

WHAT'S ON AT BUC

Adjacent to the carpark in the grounds of Blacktown Uniting Church and Mullauna village, is our Community Garden. Establish in 2109, the garden is open to the community.
A variety of vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown together and there is the opportunity to help tend the plants already growing and create your own space.
Our vision is that people from the community will join together sharing in this activity and grow not only plants, but also friendships.
