Welcome to Blacktown Uniting Church

We are a community of all ages and multiple cultural backgrounds. Some of us have lived in Blacktown most of our lives and others are very new but everyone is welcome.

We want to share the love and grace of God which we
experience in Jesus Christ with our neighbours and make a difference in this dynamic and growing city.

It is easy to find us: We are the church on the hill beside Blacktown Hospital at 59 Bungarribee Road. There is plenty of parking.

As you continue to view this website, we hope you find something that connects with you. Most importantly we would love to meet you and to be of service.

Our Latest Service

Hello friends,

We hope you had a blessed and safe Christmas in the midst of what has been a very fluid COVID-19  situation. As we look into 2022 we all hope for a different year!

It has been a pleasure right through the year to provide our worship services online. Since the lockdown last year, this has involved livestreaming our 9.00am Sunday service.  During January those who have enabled this to happen will have a well-earned break. We will be returning to online worship from Sunday January 30.

Until then, we will be here. You are most welcome to join us in the church at 9am each Sunday for an all-age English-language service or at our 12.30pm Tongan -language Service. All  our 2021 services can also be accessed via the link on this page.

May the hope and peace of Christmas continue to bless you as the new year begins.  I look forward to your company in 2022.

Covid Update

Adjacent to the carpark in the grounds of Blacktown Uniting Church and Mullauna village, is our Community Garden. Establish in 2109, the garden is open to the community.
A variety of vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown together and there is the opportunity to help tend the plants already growing and create your own space.
Our vision is that people from the community will join together sharing in this activity and grow not only plants, but also friendships.
